Freestyle Massage

Your massage therapist will talk to you in-depth before the session to design and customize your massage. This is highly recommended for clients who want relaxation, deep tissue, or a combination of both. This can include any and all of the techniques listed below except for Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy. There is an additional fee of if you want to add Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy to your session.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a comprehensive form of total therapy, addressing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual through working the reflexes of the feet and hands.
Reflexologists work reflexes found in both the hands and feet. Reflexology is a non-intrusive nature of massage therapy and is different from massage in that therapist focuses primarily on reflex points and their relation to the rest of the body.
Red Light Therapy
Red Light Light Therapy has the ability to address physiological, mental, and emotional issues. Adding infrared to your massage allows the body to heal itself by reducing/eliminating pain and inflammation while increasing circulation. It also excites the collagen within the damaged tissue and allows the body to heal itself faster.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage is a nurturing massage that focuses on the special needs of mothers-to-be during pregnancy. Positioning, pillows and cushions are used to enhance support, decrease pressure and increase relaxation for both body and mind. Mother and baby share in the benefits as stress and tension melt away, leaving you feeling balanced and energized. Relief of stress on feet, low back and neck, as well as reducing swelling, are all benefits of a Prenatal Massage.
Somatic Emotional Release
Just like your mind, your body has a memory. It memorizes hurt, sadness, anxiety, and trauma. With Somatic emotional release, your therapist helps your body to open and let go of these memories. This technique helps to free the body from these negative experiences which in turn helps our minds let go as well.
Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy
Trigger points are sore, painful spots that occur in muscle fibers. They are called trigger points because they “trigger” a painful response that often refers pain to different parts of your body. Trigger Point Massage uses concentrations of direct pressure on each trigger point to prevent cycles of muscle pain and spasms. This type of massage can be extremely painful while being done. However, Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy usually provides some pain relief after just one session.
Frequency Specific Microcurrent
Frequency Specific Microcurrent is a painless physical therapy modality used to treat many conditions, such as nerve and muscle pain. It utilizes micro amperage current and the resonance effects of specific frequencies on tissues and conditions
Craniosacral
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on treatment that may provide relief from a variety of symptoms including headaches, neck pain, and side effects of cancer treatment among many others. CST uses a light touch to examine membranes and the movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.
Table Thai Massage
Table Thai is Thai bodywork performed on the massage table instead of on the floor with a mat. It combines a variety of stretching movements applied slowly; in patterns of gentle rocking and rhythmic muscle compressions, joint mobilization and acupressure points.
Sports Massage
Sports massage is a form of bodywork geared toward participants in athletics. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries. Sports massage has three basic forms: pre-event massage, post-event massage, and maintenance massage.
