My name is Semira Graham, and I am a newly licensed massage therapist here in TN!

I am a professional dancer and have been dancing for almost 20 years. I chose bodywork as my profession because as a professional mover, or any kind of mover for that matter, you are prone to injuries and yet are still expected to keep going through life, treatment or not. I

wanted to learn how to prevent and decrease the chance of injuries while keeping the mind- body connection strong to catch any signs of irritation before they turn into a big flare up. I specialize in working with dancers and athletes, as well as the average working person.

I offer sports massage, therapeutic massage, Swedish strokes, and chair massage!
